Who We Are
A Helping Heart & Hand provides non-medical, home care services to clients, who may require assistance in their homes and communities. Assistance is provided in the maintenance and retention of their independence and well-being. These services are responsive to the distinct needs of the client, and are delivered by qualified home care workers. We provide Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), personal care aides, Home health aides, homemakers, and companions.
Skilled and Supportive
We understand that no person or family is the same. We take pride in getting to know our clients during our assessments. In return, this helps us create care plans according to your individual needs and services. We assist with a variety of activities of daily living (ADL), ranging from meal preparation, light housekeeping, and supervision.

Rescheduling Policy
NO FEE for requests made within 48 hours prior to the scheduled class
$10 Fee for requests made within 24 hours prior to the scheduled class
$20 Fee for request made the same day as the scheduled class and/or NO SHOWS to previously scheduled classes

BLS/CPR/AED & First Aid
We offer American Heart Association Certified Classes including Basic Life Support – BLS CPR & AED for Healthcare Providers. (Affiliated with First Coast CPR
Our classroom schedule is Monday–Thursday at 9:00 a.m. and some Saturdays at 9 a.m.
